In addition to orthopedics we also have a unique specialty in pelvic health disorders. That means we have the capability to evaluate and treat special conditions with a musculoskeletal component: bladder problems, sexual dysfunction, colorectal disorders, post-surgical adhesions. We have the knowledge to examine the pelvis and abdomen, where we often find the missing link to treating other coexisting issues.

One-on-one Wellness Consultations

Sign up for a one-on-one Wellness Consultation with an expert Physical Therapist from Connect PT! Our mission as a pelvic health practice is to educate not only local members of our community but those experiencing pelvic symptoms around the world. Gain professional insight on pelvic conditions and how they can be treated in the general population.

1:1 Wellness Consultation
Our Wellness Consultations are $130 for a 45 minute session. Speak directly with one of our pelvic health PTs from the comfort of your home using a secure, easy-to-use telehealth platform, Doxy.me. The session does not include a Physical Therapy evaluation, where the PT performs individualized testing, forms a PT diagnosis, and develops an individualized plan of care. The Wellness consultation does include education for clients who want to learn more about pelvic conditions or pelvic physical therapy:
  • Pelvic anatomy, how our body works, and when things go wrong
  • General pathology of pelvic conditions
  • General pathways of care
  • Possible benefits of pelvic PT
  • Action plan for referrals to pelvic PT, other providers, website resources
We want people suffering from pelvic symptoms to know that they are not alone. Please contact us at admin@connectPT.org or call 609-584-4770 for more information about our Wellness program.
Biofeedback for constipation

Biofeedback is an extremely effective tool for the treatment of functional constipation. People with muscle coordination issues often see improvements in a week!

Our own Bryn Zolty, PT, DPT, BCB-PMD, is board certified in biofeedback for pelvic muscle dysfunction and leads this service.

Own your healing: meditation and relaxation for health
I feel completely different after a guided meditation. At the beginning it's very hard for me to calm my mind but by the end, I feel very quiet and peaceful. I'm so grateful for learning the skill of meditation and visualization, and hope to practice this daily.
