I feel completely different after a guided meditation. At the beginning, it's very hard for me to calm my mind but by the end, I feel very quiet and peaceful. I'm so grateful for learning the skill of meditation and visualization, and hope to practice this daily.
From my first phone call to Connect, to the friendly women at the front desk who schedule, to the helpful reminder phone calls for appointments, to the promptness of my therapist, the stage was constantly set for an outstanding and excellent experience. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, competence, dedication, and true caring that was shown to me by Karen Bruno. I would like to say THANK YOU for the help and improvement I have experienced.

I had the best experience at Connect Physical Therapy. My therapist Bryn was the best. She was patient and took her time to make sure I was comfortable with my sessions and that I understood all my treatments with pelvic floor therapy. I had such terrible pain when I first started, and at the end of my therapy, I had zero pain.
I truly feel that I have the best physical therapist there is. Bryn has helped me work through every ache and pain and provided me with the tools and knowledge necessary to move forward in my healing journey. She doesn’t just treat her patients, she listens to them as well. Bryn gives her full attention and care during every session without fail.

Came to Connect Physical Therapy after my meniscus surgery, My physical therapist, Katelyn Sheehan, was one of the best medical professionals I have ever worked with. Dr. Kate is the one to see. After many years with a painful condition, I'm so happy to have learned new techniques from my therapist [Rebecca] that will make lasting improvements to my condition. The staff is friendly and instantly makes me feel at ease. The facility is clean, bright, and professional. I highly recommend [Rebecca] and Connect PT to anyone!
For quite a few years I never wanted to talk or admit about a certain “guy issue” I had. It was pain in my testicle. I ended up at a Urologist…at that point, my only real option to fix this was a surgery to have it removed. [Then] I had the pleasure to meet and speak with Becca Ironside (PT, MSPT). Simply put, Becca is an amazing person and Physical Therapist. She has a cool, calm demeanor and knows exactly how to get to the point of any issues us guys may have. Becca’s approach has helped the pain subside to the point where I can function normally and not have to worry about being cut open by a doctor in such a sensitive area.
